274 Mods for Fallout 4  - Ready to Play
Mod Manager: Mod Organizer v2.3.2 –  Installed size: 26.5Gb

This release contains mods only. You must have the game in order to use it.

You will need a clean install of the game to use this build.
It is developed in terms of User Interface, Settlements, Visuals/Textures/Landscape, Gameplay, then Armor, Audio, Backpacks, Body/Face/Hair, Bug Fixes, Clothing, Combat, Companions, Creatures, Environment, NPCs, Patches, Quest, Utilities and Weapons.

A few examples of things it is not developed for: Survival, Power Armor, Sex, Cannibalism... But there is room for a dozen more ESPs and many ESLs.

My mother tongue is not english…
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Installation:

- You need a clean install of the game, preferably v1.10.120 or v1.10.163 (see below).
- Copy ‘Mod Organizer’ (26.5Gb) anywhere (on SSD preferably).
To change the path to the game and other executables, configure 'Executables' (Ctrl+E) and 'Settings' (Ctrl+S).
- Copy the F4SE version corresponding to your game version in the game main directory (v1.10.120 and v1.10.163 are provided).
- Copy ‘CustomControlMap.txt’ in Fallout 4\Data\F4SE or make your own config (see below for details).
- Copy the content of the ‘ENB GrimWolf Institute ASD’ directory in the game main directory. These presets make a lot of difference. You should at least try them (see below for details).
- Copy ‘_Utils’ (340Mb) anywhere and use these utility mods from there (not from MO). You’ll find Fallout 4 Key Helper there. Use it to configure the keyboard with your settings. See below and also the file Keyboard and Hotkeys Configuration.

Microsoft Visual C++ must be installed on your system.
If it is not, a good plan would be to download the latest Mod Organizer installable version (currently 2.3.2) as it installs Visual C++ automatically if not present: https://github.com/Modorganizer2/modorganizer/releases.

This release is ready for the game version 1.10.120.
Eight mods are game version sensitive.
If you have the game version 1.10.163, the seven updated mods that are managed by MO are already installed but not activated. They are near the mod for v1.10.120 in the MO left panel list. You just need to deactivate v1.10.120 and activate instead v1.10.163. For the eighth mod (F4SE), see right below.
If you have a different game version, you must download the eight mods for that game version.
They are:
- F4SE  https://f4se.silverlock.org  It is not managed by Mod Organizer and must be copied in the game main directory.

- Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4598
- Crafting Highlight Fix  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27479
- Place Everywhere  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424
- Mod Configuration Menu  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21497
- Nameplates  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21636
- Rename Anything  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22105
- Transfer Settlements  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442

The game is launched via Mod Organizer. Just use F4SE in the list of executable and launch.
Other executables like the Creation Kit, FO4Edit, Fallout4Launcher are launched by Mod Organizer.
Fallout4Launcher.exe should be used to change some fundamental options.

My internet connection is VDSL+ with an upload of 5Mb/s. But I often see slow DL speeds, for reasons unclear.
That is why I made this release smaller from a previous one by removing the game itself.
It is easy to find a cracked game:
- At the BTDB site https://btdb.eu/search/fallout%204/0/
- At the PirateBay site https://thepiratebay10.org/search/fallout%204/1/99/0
- At the FitGirl Repacks site https://fitgirl-repacks.site/fallout-4/ but it is v1.10.138 so you would have to DL the eight mods sensitive to the game version (see above). But it is probably the safest and easiest DL.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Important Changes:

The game is set to a different Time Ratio than the vanilla 1/20 (one minute in real time is 20 minutes in-game), at 1/5 so days and nights are four times longer, which makes them more immersive.
That change goes along 'Cell Respawn Time 40h-100h - For a Time Ratio of 1for5' which reduces proportionally the time needed for Cells to respawn and Vendors to reconstitute their money.
Also, the darker nights brought by the ENB/Reshade preset fit well as it brings very different atmospheres between days and nights, unlike the vanilla display.

A) If you choose to keep that important modification, you must do a simple thing:
After you exit the Vault at the start of the game, hit the F4 key then save, so the 1/5 ratio will remain "permanent" as F4 is a shortcut for 'set timescale to 5' (see Keyboard and Hotkeys Configuration.txt).
B) If you prefer the vanilla time ratio, deactivate 'Cell Respawn Time 40h-100h - For a Time Ratio of 1for5'.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The washed out and blurry vanilla display is replaced by the ENB+Reshade presets GrimWolf Institute ASD https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4568 .
It brings the pixel crispiness, the contrast and the fine colors, especially at dawn and dusk.
Prolongs dawn and dusk to 3 hours each. The nights are dark and last less than vanilla (22h to 4h).
NumPad+ toggles between Depth of Field (default) and Neat display. See Keyboard and Hotkeys Configuration.txt for more details.

Note about ...\Fallout 4\enblocal.ini:
ENB Boost is not used by FO4 because its executable can use as much RAM/VRAM as necessary (64bits) so, the value for VideoMemorySizeMb is not important.
It is set at 25000 (Mb) and is OK if you have 32Gb RAM or more. If your system has 16Gb RAM and 4 or 8Gb VRAM, change that value to 16000.
I haven't seen the game taking more than 15000Mb.
You should keep enblocal.ini (read only) and use it with any other ENB preset.

So, basically ENB Boost (enbhost.exe) was indispensable with Skyrim and Fallout 3 (32bits) but is now useless.
But there are other settings in enblocal.ini so, you could read the doc provided by the Step Project:
https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB
https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBlocal_INI

Important: You should adjust the brightness and the contrast to your preferences and for your monitor settings by editing:
...\Fallout 4\enbseries\enbeffect.fx.ini
For example: CC: Contrast=1.02  to  CC: Contrast=0.92  if your monitor is already set for a strong contrast.

There is no uninstaller with MO for that mod. It is copied in the main directory of the game. You can remove it by deleting all its files or by editing ...\Fallout 4\enbseries.ini and change the following value from true to false:
[GLOBAL]
UseEffect=false

The very practical 'Load Accelerator' (see below) is linked to ENBlocal.ini by their common use of d3d11.dll, so there is a line in enbseries.ini directing Load Accelerator towards the renamed file D3D11_LoadAcc.dll.
If you use another ENB preset, keep this enblocal.ini and if you don't use any ENB, the easiest way is the method above: 'UseEffect=false'.
If you want to remove ENB altogether, rename D3D11_LoadAcc.dll to D3D11.dll.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The game low resolution textures for distant objects are replaced by better LOD. There is no more perceived difference between the level of details of close and faraway objects. Remarquable! (Bad Bethesda!).
Those mods have a very low impact on FPS but the NeuraLOD author says if your system has less than 4Gb of VRAM, you probably should not use that mod, although I believe the game would use the RAM as VRAM if necessary, so you should try anyway because that mod makes a lot of difference.
- Better LOD 2.5 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40417  Better LOD for rocks and trees.
- FAR Faraway Area Reform 1.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20713  Better ground LOD.
- NeuraLOD - Higher Detail LOD 1.2 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38872  Better LOD for buildings and some other objects.

Note: Sometimes, the game fails to load some textures and displays the LOD textures instead, namely the highway tarmac, the quarries, some walls and, with those mods installed, the trees. This is a game bug which simply necessitates a relaunch.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The overall green layer on the Pipboy screens is removed so they can display colors.
The map, the items sorting icons, the animations, the statistics and some other text are colored and neat with:
Gold Kit for Color Pipboy -anti-Black and White Screen 1.2 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11063
It works along side ARWCSM, DEF_UI, Satellite World Map and Cartographers Map Markers (+ the game Pipboy some other parts).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Map is colored and precise. There is many more map markers than on a vanilla map and you can zoom in and out freely.
- Satellite World Map - Coloured Version - 8k Resolution 1.0  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8989 and the zoom is extented with
- Zoom-out Extended - For 8K Satellite World Map Coloured + Local Map Expanded 1.5  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9144
- Cartographers Map Markers 4.3  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12581 places hundreds of colored map markers. You can also mark places (Weapon and Armor Stations, etc...).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The items in the inventory are sorted by 'A Realistically Weightless Colored Sorting Mod - ARWCSM' https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11061
The version on Nexus is obsolete but I maintained it up-to-date as I was using it.
Weapons, Armor and all wearable objects have their vanilla weights.
Junk, Food, Drinks, Chems, Misc items, Mods and Ammo are weightless.
It uses DEF_UI 1.5.1 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654 and displays colored icons.

All the mods installed that need a patch have one.
You can sort new objects by renaming them from within the Pipboy (thanks to Rename Anything): highlight the line in the inventory, hit X (inspect) then T (rename) and just add the relevant prefixe to the name.
All the prefixes can be seen in ...\Mod Organizer\mods\ARWCSM - 1 - Full - Mostly Weightless\Interface\Def_conf\DEF_INV_TAGS.xml, but the easiest way the find the right one is to 'inspect' (X) an object similar to the one you want to sort.
Some Unique Legendaries may not be sorted (not sure). A few have their own icon:
Deliverer. Rename it: [2o 1 Deliverer] Deliverer
Kremvh Tooth. Rename it: [4h 1 Kremvhs_Tooth] Kremvh Tooth
The other Unique Legendary weapons proper tags can be seen in DEF_INV_TAGS.xml > 'Weapons (Weaponsmith Extended 2)' (at the end of that chapter), but as their icons are the same as those of normal weapons, it is easier to use the more general method of copying the tag of a similar weapon.

If you install mods bringing new tags, it is easy to add them in DEF_INV_TAGS.xml.
To see the names and shapes of available icons, use ...\Fallout 4\_Utils\JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to open ...\Mod Organizer\mods\Gold Kit for Color Pipboy -anti-Black and White Screen- 1.1\interface\iconlibs2.swf and open the Sprite branch.

Notes:
- I think it was the first colored sorting mod for FO4. It must be used along (the already installed) Gold Kit for Color Pipboy (I repeat it in case you have Alzheimer).
- Most if not all ARWCSM patches would still work after you upgrade their related master files.
- Most patches are ESL files with an ESP extension (best of both worlds to save ESP slots because of the 256 esp-esp plugins limit). The esp-esp patches are those with a lot of records.
- The components of objects that can be scrapped are displayed both in the inventory and in the world view (when you point to one such item).
It is particularly usefull if you need specific components when you buy stuff.
- There can be only 4 valid tabs in an inventory page, that is why the Junk page looks a bit empty as all the items are in the 4 tabs.
- Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource AWKCR introduces modules named CC Kits and CC Sets. It puts them in 'Misc' instead of 'Mods'! There is already four tabs in Misc so those modules remain in the main page as they don’t fit in the existing tabs.
- Some Perks item's icon is the Institute logo (Da Vinci 'Man in a Circle'). Those items are not related to the Institute but I couldn't find a better and not yet used icon for perks. They don't seem to appear much in the inventory, though. They are perk modifications, mostly.
- The Spetnaz rifle cannot be sorted automatically because the modifications are written before the tag! Use the method above to sort the one you may use.
- For some reason, Power Armor pieces have no tag in the inventory despite the fact they should have one, so they are top of the list. If you want to sort those you are using, you should write the following prefixes as explained above (with Rename Anything):
[PA Raider]  /  [Raider Power]  /  [PA T-45]  /  [PA T-51]  /  [PA T-60]  /  [PA X-01]
[PA Arm Left]  /  [PA Arm Right]  /  [PA Torso]  /  [PA Helmet]  /  [PA Leg Left]  /  [PA Leg Right]  /  [PA Jetpack]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The HUD is made with DEF_HUD https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654 and is of the minimalist kind.
To ajust all fields to your preferences, launch ...\Mod Organizer\mods\DEF_UI 1.5.1\interface\HUDMenuSet.exe. Everything you need is there.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Global Workshop 2.0.2  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20749  merges all Workshop contents into a single one. It also adds a second container (J) you can use to separate the items into e.g. a container for the things you keep and the other for stocking the things you sell.
If you equip your settlers with good armor/weapons this mod (or equivalent) is definitely needed.
In three playthroughs, I haven't experienced any problem with it.

Note: You can access the default Workbench storage (not J) via the Stations in Diamond City but only when you have accessed it from inside Home Plate.
Same in Goodneighbor where it seems the Old State House is the trigger but not systematically, far from it!
Same at the Atom Cats Garage. I think the trigger is the Warwick Workbench (but I haven't tested).
In order to have that access, everything should be enabled in the mod settings (holotape), except the 'settlers-safe workshop'.

- Global Stash (Connect all Workshops and Workbenches) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41511  Seems to have more options but I never tried it. Present in 'Mods you may want to install with different options'.
- Cheat Terminal 1.65 (installed)  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13285 allows to create containers (in the Pipboy, I supppose) but I never tried it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fallout 4 Key Helper 0.9 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10106  It allows to map the keyboard as a replacer for the game system (because of its limitations) and must be launched from its directory ...\Fallout 4\_Utils\.
The keys are currently set with my layout. See the text file 'Keyboard and Hotkeys Configuration' for info on that important subject.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FO4 Hotkeys 1.2  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11664
You can map any keyboard keys to any object present in the Pipboy inventory (Companion Whistle, Optics, Chems, Drinks, the type of Grenade equiped...). It complements the poor Favorite game system.
The interface to be used to assign hotkeys is in the Pipboy Aid > Hotkey Manager.
You can change the 'hard' hotkey settings in ...\Mod Organizer\mods\FO4 Hotkeys - Full 1.2\Hotkeys.ini
Three of those keys can be particularly usefull:
P=tcl  Toggles the clipping (you go through objects).
F3=set timescale to 0  (not exactly a pause but time is stopped)
F4=set timescale to 5  (a quarter of the vanilla setting).

Settings can also be found in the game Menu > Mod Config (MCM).
See the text file 'Keyboard and Hotkeys Configuration' for more info.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The weapon system is overhauled with the addition of many new arms and ammunition.

Weaponsmith Extended 2  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10737  It takes a few hours to compile (when you are new to it), so enjoy…
Loads of Ammo 1.5.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9057  Needed by Weaponsmith Extended 2.
New Calibers 3.07.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8588  Needed by Weaponsmith Extended 2.
See-Through-Scopes 2.1.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9476  Great mod! Needed by Weaponsmith Extended 2.
AK-2047 v1.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8181/
R91M 1.6  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7715
Spetnaz Rifle 3.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12516
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Multi-Mods (24):
These are small but sometimes important settings and values changes. They come from small mods editing Fallout 4.esm data (except the first two I made).
I gathered them to save ESP slots (256 plugins limit).

- Jump 125 (default 90): The vanilla settings make me feel so weak...
- Ada Sound Reduction to synth1: Reduces substantially her humming noise.

- Better Curie Heal 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5988 : Unimportant.
- Clear Recon Scope 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6359 : Neater.
- Companion Infinite Ammo 1.4 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6233 : Practical.
- Dialogue Settlers Fix 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11994 : Removes unwarranted comments by settlers.
- Alternative Chameleon Visuals - Disable Chameleon Flash only 2.0.2  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1886 : Removes the flash effect shown when using chameleon armor or stealth boys (transparency remains). Important if you crouch often.
- Disable NPC Comments When Waiting for Player Input 1.2 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4703 : Practical.
- Improved Workshop Lights -No shadows 1.3 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2567 : Increases the radius and soften the light of various lamps.
- Less Annoying Longs 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7516 : With that, the Longs are completely mute (but the subtitles are displayed).
- Longer Deathcam 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/262 : Unimportant. The view stays on your dead body longer before displaying the Menu.
- Move (Get Out the Way) 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4062 : Very practical.
- Night Person Rank - No Night Vision 2.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5866 : There are two mods bringing optic goggles doing that and more and only when you decide to.
- No Blur while Crafting ?: Better.
- No More Leaping Ghouls 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13007 : More logical.
- No Radscorpion Tunneling 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15642 : More logical.
- Obedient Concord Group 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22829 : No hammering and self assigned activities, the first settlers in Sanctuary will follow your commands.
- Quieter Settlements 0.31 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2819 : Practical. Various ever repeating sounds are much reduced.
- Recon Long Scope Mesh 2.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4350 : Replaces the recon scope mesh with the normal scope, because it is cumbersome and ugly (but the view is the one of the recon scope).
- Reduced NPC Greeting Distance 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11845 : Practical. Good for your nerves.
- SkjAlert Shaikujin's Better warning for settlements being attacked 5.1 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4106 : The message of an attack is a box you need to close instead of a small line displayed for 2 seconds.
- Starlight Drive in LOD Fix 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23034 : The Starlight Drive-in can be seen from further away.
- Unanimated Stimpacks 1.0 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6594 : A bit of a cheat when I reconsider it, because that shortens the time needed to use a stimpack. But I have a problem with injections.
- Vault 81 Molerat Disease Immunity with Power Armor and Hazmat 1.2 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5646 : Not sure it works.

You can edit this esp with FO4Edit and change or delete the things you don't want:
1) Download the mod you want to remove and install it with MO.
2) Use FO4Edit (from MO) to open both mods.
3) Remove all the lines they have in common that are in A Multi-Mods (24) and save.
4) Uninstall the mod you just installed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If I remember correctly, there is only dead trees in the vanilla game! Beyond the illogism, it is also unaesthetic so, these two mods bring living trees.

- Commonwealth Conifers Redux 1.4.5  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16509  Here is what the author of the NMCSU settlements rightfully says about that mod:
"It brings fine leafy trees, but the placement of quite a few conifers in particular, can be far from ideal.
They can grow through the thick highway tarmac, through houses grounds and walls, they can hide everything inside a shack, etc...
Also, many trees are placed mostly underground which blocks the view too much and there are exceedingly dense clusters in many places.
Not to mention the pesky little saplings trios...
So, you should not be shy to use the 'disable' console command to remove those trees in the world (outside of Workshop areas), that are unaesthetic or impractical.
How to: Open the console, click on the tree and enter 'disable'.
If you remove something else inadvertently (mist, the wrong tree, the highway...), keep the RefID displayed (don't click elsewhere) and enter 'enable'.
Tip: To select an object that is behind another, use the mouse wheel.

Better Console is very useful to learn which object you select for total destruction."

Some of the leafy trees are really glorious!
That mod is linked somehow to the NMCSU settlements. Without it, there is no living trees there while with it, most of them are surrounded by a small forest.

- Vivid Fallout - Trees - 4K 1.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8742  Replaces some of the vanilla dead trees with living ones.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Settlements
Many mods for settlement building are installed. Some are used by the blueprints but they also provide the means to build your own settlements in a variety of styles.
Remember that the settlement blueprints and plugins must be activated AFTER you take control of the settlement (when you can access the Workbench).

The plugins are all installed (in the left panel), but not activated (in the right panel 'Plugins').
The blueprints are installed in ...\Mod Organizer\mods\Transfer Settlements 1.56 (FO4 1.10.120)\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\1 to 29 and appear in the Transfer Settlements interface in the Pipboy.
There are important things to know about the blueprints installation, so you should read their description page.

The NMCSU Settlements are fine blueprints using many mods. They are neat, modern and particularly pleasant at night.
Some are big and require a good PC (5000 elements), other are OK for actual rigs (3500 elements). All have a plugin.
If you are a looter dans l'âme, those blueprints give you a good reason to hoard objects as they give the components cost of the settlements.
If you install all of them and choose to pay (on credit), you would have to gather ~200.000 caps, ~170.000 wood, ~68.000 steel, ~42.000 concrete, ~11.000 copper, etc... I could pay for all of them at around level 95.

Slot 10 - NMCSU Blueprint - Home Plate https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42379
- Home Plate Workshop Settlement 1.1  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21677  Makes Home Plate a 'settlement' where you can send a companion (e.g. Piper, Valentine).

Slot 20 - A basic Sanctuary Hills blueprint I made. Everything useful is there, though. No plugin.
Some furniture must be removed, in particular where the bed are placed in the houses. It can be done after the installation of the bp.
You should also scrap the destroyed houses as their slabs are used.

Slot 21 - A basic Red Rocket blueprint I made. Everything useful is there. No plugin.

Slot 25 - Castle Settlement Transfer Blueprint  ?  It is a crappy one I completed a bit.
- NMCSG Plugin - The Castle ready for any Blueprint https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42026  A plugin doing what its title says. Use it if you install a blueprint of The Castle like the one above.

Slot 26 - The Slog  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35908  A crappy one, I completed a bit.

Slot 27 - Egret Tours Marina  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32876  A crappy one, not bad, I completed a bit.

Slot 28 - Murkwater Construction Site  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22600  A crappy one, not bad, I completed substantially. Has a
              plugin.

Slot 29 - Fort Warwick  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23161  A crappy one I completed substantially. You should move the Workbench
on the terrace near the entrance of the main room (on the other side of the door than the Terminal) and scrap the two door leafs. The door or
panel (?) near the Bar should also be scrapped to leave the passage open.

- Someville Place has been Greekraged  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21804  A fine vanilla build. Not a blueprint. It has been made in the CK and is installed like a mod. Don't be there when you activate the plugin named someville.esp.
You must connect the generator, which is deep below somewhere, to the pylons to have electricity.
The settlement is behind walls but lacks defenses, so it is up to you to build some.

- Coastal Cottage UNleashed  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22790  A fine vanilla build. Not a blueprint. It has been made in the CK and is installed like a mod. Don't be there when you activate the plugin named CoastalCottage.esp.
The Workbench in the air should be moved (obviously). Move that Workbench (installed) allows you to do that.
You must connect the generator, which is deep below somewhere, to the pylons to have electricity.
The settlement is behind walls but lacks defenses, so it is up to you to build some.

All Settlements Building Area Expanded: Allows you to be in Workshop mode outside of the vanilla settlements limits.
For a bit more information: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42063  (it is part of a blueprint page).
It is activated but you can activate/deactivate it anytime.
All NMCSU Settlements plugins expand the building area beyond the vanilla limits the same as this mod but only for their particular settlement.

Note: By crappy, I mean made with raider's building materials.

V.A.T.S. Tweaks 1.0  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1064
I chose the slowest of animations in VATS and removed the flying cameras that prevent you from acting while they display during a battle.
You should reinstall that mod to see, in the fomod interface, what correspond the best to your preferences.
Present in "Mods you may want to install with different options".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Less Loot and Ammo 1.82  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2593
If one mostly uses the VATS and unless one always uses automatic weapons, one finds way too much ammunition and also too many stimpacks, etc... So this mod is set to 30% of what vanilla gives.
You can find that mod zip in the directory "Mods with FOMOD install you may want to reinstall with different options".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Load Accelerator 1.8  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10283  Reduces substantially the time needed to load a savegame if the game is installed on SSD, mainly.
If you don’t use the installed ENB presets, this mod will stop working. To fix it, rename …\Fallout 4\D3D11_LoadAcc.dll to d3d11.dll.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not exactly important but some sounds can be annoying so, some of them are muted or reduced with Silent Radgull-Brahmin-Rumbling-Generator-Sewing-Hangman's-Pipboy-Terminal https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42379 (part of a mod) (I added a few sounds to it).
Pick and choose the files you want to keep or deactivate it if you prefer the vanilla sounds.

- data\sound\fx\amb\exteriors: removes the metal agony sound in Hangman's Alley (and other places but not the ones in some houses in Sanctuary and other places).
- data\sound\fx\amb\interiors: greatly diminishes the deafening rumbling in some interiors (not other ambient sounds) (Home Plate, Prydwen, Caves, Subway, Tunnels, Vaults and Generics).
- data\sound\fx\Dlc02: removes the sound of the Generator-Fusion.
- data\sound\fx\npc: removes the 'voice' of Radgulls and Brahmins (not other sounds).
- data\sound\fx\ui: - Perk Menu: no sounds.
                                  - Pipboy Map: Lowers the 'rollover' sound (on map markers).
                                  - Pipboy: removes the hum and changes the light On/Off sound to discrete.
                                  - Terminals: removes the hum.
                                  - Lowers all V.A.T.S. sounds.
                                  - Workbench: removes the sewing sound that sometimes stays with a settler (i.e. in County Crossing).
                                  - Replaces the Level Up vanilla sound with the Fallout classic sound.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A savegame is included if you want to preview the graphics, the pipboy, the settlements, the weapons, etc... It is in the 'Full' profile.
It is situated at Oberland Station, a central place on the map from where you can, for example go north to Graygarden, which is the second biggest settlement installed, to see how your rig manages.
In the Workbenches, there is a collection of all the objects I found including the weapons brought by WS2 (in the J container).

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You should visit the mods page to get an idea of the many changes they bring and what you will be able to use.
Also, modders like when users show their appreciation about the work they share for sympathy and glory (and free of charge). Please, use the 'endorsement' system on Nexus for the mods you like (you need to download a file (any one) from a mod to be able to endorse it).
If you are not yet registered on that site, you can do it for free by ignoring the various paying options.
As the owners of that site are of the authoritarian type and are accused of keeping mods of authors they 'banned' while they were specifically ask to remove them; which would make them thiefs; you might not want to give them money.
One can add to that the hundreds of spying firms Nexus allows to know our every click and their impractical and misleading system to manage that aspect.

The mods are up-to-date in March 2020. Most of them have reached their final version.

Recap:
Some mods have several ESPs while some others have none. There is more or less:
274 Mods
285 Plugins (228 ESPs - 50 ESLs - 7 ESMs)
1 Game and 7 DLCs ESMs
As it is, there is room for the installation of a further 13 ESPs (because of the 256 ESP-ESP limit) and many other ESLs depending on the number of records they contain.
If you need more ESP slots, there are ESPs without other masters than the game ESMs which can be merged in 'A Multi-Mods (xx)'.
Also, some mods with several ESPs can be merged into a single one if you are sure to keep those options.
Here is a Tutorial-How to Merge ESPs https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20752 or in the Description page here https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42378 .
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mod Organizer Profiles:

Two of the three profiles present in the directory ...\Mod Organizer\profiles, are identical.
Use 'Default' to play and make the changes you want and keep 'Original Default' as a profile to go back to if something bad happens with Default.
The third profile 'Full' has most mods activated (mainly the settlements plugins) so you can load the savegame present there to preview the graphics, the pipboy, the settlements, the weapons, etc...

Notes:
- To duplicate a profile, just copy it with another name in the ‘profiles’ directory of MO.
- The savegames are written in the profile directory you use for playing (not in C:).
- The active INI files are also in the profile directory you use for playing.
- LOOT has been used to sort the plugins at some point but it messes with things it cannot possibly know about so, you shouldn't use it again.
- All the conflicts between mods (lightning bolts in the left panel) are managed properly. Better not change that.

Other MO stuff:
When you use FO4Edit, it writes cache files and backups in ...\Mod Organizer\overwrite. They can be deleted but keeping them there greatly shortens the time it takes to load the plugins (the notification can be overlooked).
Moving them to the FO4Edit directory is useless as the program doesn't use them there.

FO4Edit, Creation Kit, Transfer Settlements and some other mods write in \overwrite, files you need to install to their proper place.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

About CTDs:
A much modded Fallout 4 is a relatively unstable Fallout 4! https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_bugs

The main source of CTDs occurs when you exit an interior.
Simple rule: Always save before activating a door leading to another cell.
You can exit the interior cells normally 99.9% of the time after you re-launch the game (Bad Bethesda!).

Then, there is the impromptu CTDs while you run about. They are seldom in the countryside and more frequent in urban areas.
Simple rule: quicksave often and make regular hard saves.

I haven't had serious problems other than the two above (at level 127), so I am confident this MO build is as stable as it can be.

Possible random bugs I have seen since I play:
- If you can't load a savegame, try loading a previous one, then the difficult one.
- If that doesn't work, edit ...\Fallout 4\enblocal.ini and remove the two bars '//' before DisablePreloadToVRAM=true, so it looks like:
//When a save crashes:
DisablePreloadToVRAM=true
- If that doesn't work the first time, try again, sometimes that works.

- If you can't enter a zone without provoking a CTD, the only solution I know is to wait for that cell to reset. So don't go there for 40/100 (or 168/480) hours.
It might also be provoked by a "stuck" NPC who will clear out sooner.

- Blame Bethesda for the problems you will encounter trying to complete quests. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki is an excellent site where you'll find solutions.
The 'setstage' console command https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands is particularly useful.

- Fallout4.esm, most of the DLCs and 25 ESPs present errors as reported by FO4Edit > Left click on an esp name > Check for Errors.
I didn't "clean" them as there is a debate about what should be done about those masters and mods.
Here is a post about that subject https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/comments/846zy0/fo4_need_help_to_clean_my_dlcs/dvngeol
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This release is virus free, man.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

‘Changelog’

A previous release I made that included the game had a CRC error. It would seem the compressors (WinZip, WinRAR and 7-Zip) consistantly produce corrupt archives with randomly placed errors when packing BA2 files.

I finaly had a error free archive by using Total Commander internal Zip utility.
Total Commander is included in _Utils if you want to use that program to unpack.
Total Commander is a much better file manager than Windows Explorer with its two panels and the tab system that allows to have many places accessible in the various HDDs you have. It uses packed files as directories making it very easy to pack and unpack files.
And there is much more to that wonderful application.

To change the language (it is in french), just go to Options > Configuration > Langue and choose yours.
